Create Schedule and Credential Error

Hello,
 

When I set the backup schedule and click the create button, I get a credential error.
The detailed errors are as follows.

Even though I removed the Profile ID DB value using SQLite, the problem was not resolved.
How should I solve this problem?

Hello Lemoning,

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

If the 'preferred' file is already in the folder

\\C:\\ProgramData\\Acronis\\AMS\\AccessVault\\config\ \preferred

then please contact Acronis Support Team with reference to this KB article to receive a fix for the issue.

If the file is not in the folder:

  1. Stop MMS or AMS (see error message).
  2. Run:
    "C:\Program Files\Acronis\UpgradeTool\upgrade_tool.exe" --workflow=mms
    or
    "C:\Program Files\Acronis\UpgradeTool\upgrade_tool.exe" --workflow=ams
  3. Check:
    •  C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\AccessVault or C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\AMS\AccessVault.

    Find all folders that contain 'ticket' file and delete them.

  4. Start MMS or AMS.

Complete removal using Acronis Clean Up Tool.
After that, I reinstalled and it worked.
