Device status hangs in x% (Backing up)

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Acronis Backup version: 12.16386

Backup plan hangs - seen in activites. Using Scheduler Manager clean the hanging tasks. However in device list device has status: x% (Backing up), still presented. Could not start backup plan. Neihter from scheduler, neihter directly from device list (backup plan is grey), Cancel does not works.

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

You killed the task but the process still is in progress. Please stop service_process.exe on the affected machine. 

After the backup plan disappeared, please revoke the backup plan from this machine and deploy it back.

If you want to investigate this issue in order to reveal its cause, please open a case with Acronis Support Team.
