EMail notification 1 hour too early
I have configured a daily mail notification that sends the status of the jobs.
It is configured to be sent at 8:00 in the morning.
Since the weekend the daylight saving time is changed to winter time.
The time on the management server is correct.
Any hints to correct this ?

Hello Maria,
the backup jobs run at the defined times.
That is not the problem.
The problem is that the E-Mail notification that I configured in the system settings is send one hour too early.
I defined 8:00am and the mail is sent at 7:00am.
And the time on all machines is the same: they are synced with a timeserver in tha LAN.

Hello Sven.
Please collect Acronis System Information collected from the Management server and screenshots of the respective system settings with the time and upload it to an FTP link that I've sent you in a Private Message.

Could you please also share a screenshot of the Reports page where this report is scheduled to be sent at 08:00? You can also upload it to the same FTP link and inform me when it is there.

Hmm I expected, that the settings are also included in the system information....seems to be not the case.
So I uploaded a screenshot to FTP.

Short Status.....
Acronis is still investigating.....
Hmm hopefully they find the issue until end of march...then the time is changed again...
A bit long for such an easy issue in my eyes ;-)
