failed with "Cannot connect to the host" error

Thread needs solution

we have three locations (DC1, DC2 and DC3) with Vmware 6.0 and 6.5 hosts. Each location has multiple Acronis Backup Appliance and only one Acronis Backup Management console (at DC2). all our backup at DC1 and DC2 are working fine. However, DC3 are getting following error. I verified that the Acronis Backup agent at DC3 can resolve any vmware hosts. Please help because the error does not show which host

45632: Acronis Cyber Backup: virtual machine backup troubleshooting guide (make sure the snapshot is created successfully via vmware tools and backup user has sufficient privileges to access datastore)
