Fehler 0x29b1399: Network operation failed
according to this error there should be a problem with the network connection which is not the case!
Short for explanation:
Some time ago, we introduced Acronis to a customer for backups via SFTP. (Acronis Backup 12.5 Standard [Virutal Host])
The whole thing secures 3 Windows Server 2016 (1 x host, 2 x VM).
The backup of the HPV and the DB server is always top and is at least after 4h through. The file server, however, runs over 12 with 80GB of data to be transferred. After about 12h and native 140GB processed data always comes the error message that the "network connection has been disconnected". This is definitely not the case! It seems to be some kind of mistake or attitude in Acronis, because I also tried an alternative out of desperation.
This looks like I have a local backup stored on the HPV. I have then transferred this with Win SCP sftp on our Storage Gateway. It also took almost 13 hours for the full backup, but has gone through.
Who knows a similar error picture. (Network we can actually rule out because it works with WinSCP yes)

Kurz zur Erklärung: Wir haben vor einiger Zeit bei einem Kunden Acronis eingeführt für die Backups per SFTP. ( Acronis Backup 12.5 Standard [Virutal Host] ) Das Ganze sichert 3 Windows Server 2016 ( 1 x Hoste, 2 x VM). Die Sicherung des HPV und des DB Servers läuft immer top und ist spätestens nach 4h durch. Der Fileserver allerdings läuft über 12 mit 80GB Daten die übertragen werden sollen. Nach ungefähr 12h und native 140GB verarbeiteten Daten kommt immer die Fehlermeldung das die "Netzwerkverbindung getrennt wurde". Dies ist aber definitv nicht der Fall! Es scheint irgendein Fehler bzw. eine Einstellung bei Acronis zu sein, denn ich habe ebenfalls aus lauter Verzweiflung eine Alternative probiert. Diese sieht so aus das ich eine Lokale Sicherung auf dem HPV abgelegt habe. DIese habe ich dann mit Win SCP per sftp auf unser Storage Gateway transferiert. Es hat zwar auch fast 13h gebraucht für die Vollsicherung, aber ist durchgelaufen. Wer kennt ein ähnliches Fehlerbild. ( Netzwerk können wir eigentlich ausschließen da es mit WinSCP ja funktioiert)
