Macchina "Server" spenta o scollegata dalla rete

Thread needs solution

Buonasera,

sto da poco utilizzando Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 per fare un backup giornaliero del mio pc aziendale. Sino a venerdì tutto funzionava correttamente (ho impostato un backup incrementale su un disco usb collegato al pc).

Da ieri, entrando nella console di backup, ricevo questo avviso: "La macchina 'Server' è spenta o scollegata dalla rete, oppure l'agente di backup non è in esecuzione su questa macchina."

Non ho modificato nulla quindi non saprei come sistemare la cosa.

Grazie a chi potrà aiutarmi.

Welcome to Acronis forums!

1)  Please check whether the Acronis Managed Machine Service (mms.exe) is started on the Agent server (go to Start -> Search -> type services.msc, press Enter and navigate to Services window).

2)  On the Acronis Management Server machine also please check whether Acronis ZeroMQ Gateway Service (it serves for communication between Agents and management server) is started.

thank you for your quick reply! In effect, Acronis ZeroMQ Gateway Service was not started.

Now everything works properly. May I have to configure something in order to start this service automatically? 

The service was already set as "automatic".

Hello Andrea!

You shouldn't need to. Maybe some error prevented the gateway service to start. When you have the opportunity to restart your AMS server test if all the services start as expected and this was only a transient error. If it persists contact support and have them find out why it doesn't start.
