Management server name or IP does not show up

Thread needs solution

Hi,

When adding new pc to the backup (Add, after entering pc name, username, password,..) The management server name or IP address does not show up on the list, and so I can't add any new pc to the backup.  Any idea why this happen?  Please see the attached picture
