Memory leak

Thread needs solution

Hi Team, 

 we are monitoring memory leak in Workstations and servers which is 12.5  How we can solve this  memory leak of Acronis services.

 

Workstations  - Windows 8.1

Servers - Windows 2012R2.

I'd recommend opening a support ticket for investigation, so that our engineers and RnD can look into the situation and find the root cause for the memory leaks.

Memory leak issues could not be solved here in forums. If you wish to investigate this issue, please open a case with Acronis Support Team and provide the engineers with the diagnostic data collected from the affected machine.

If you notice a memory leak (the issue is reproducing), you will need to collect memory dumps every 10 minutes for ~1 hour.

Collect procmon logs while the issue is being reproduced (~50 minutes)

Collect Acronis System Report after reproducing this issue.
