Old warnings keep showing up after deleting them
Hi all,
Using Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5, Build: 16327
I have one persistent warning about a backup that failed to start on time.
I deleted it several times from the Admin UI, but it keeps showing up in the dashboard, and I get notified about it in my daily summary email (great for new events, but not for deleted ones!)
What am I missing here?

Hi Maria,
I didn't delete the backup itself. it's a plan that backs up multiple devices that usually works ok, and I don't want to touch it.
I deleted the warning, and it keeps reappearing with the old date (Sep/22).
attaching a screenshot from the alerts panel. notice the date, it's after this warning was deleted at least three times.
There's nothing about this device in the Activities panel.

Hello Yaniv.
Please re-name this folder C:\ProgramData\Acronis\MonitoringServer\am-database\
There a new database in this folder will be re-created with the original name. However, a part of logs will be lost (i.e. backup is created and restore is completed). The data from Agents that stored in MMS will stay there.
Please let us know if it helped.
