Remove expired subscription license from console

Thread needs solution

We have a license for Backup 12 Standard that was given free for the “Use rights” campaign when Advanced version 12 was delayed.

That has now expired.  But how do I get rid of this stupid subscription license from the console.  It is emailing me to remind me to renew.  I already installed my perpetual licenses of 12.5 advanced and there is nothing assigned to the subscription license.  

Clicking sync and logging in does nothing.

Same problem on my setting. until now no solution from someone in my forum entry. I'll contact you again if there is something new. Please let us know, if you have the solution.

Hello Mike,

Would you send me the email address you are using to sign in within the product in a personal message? Under the account tied to your forum profile I don't see any Acronis Backup entries. 

Marco, under your account there is indeed a trace of an expired trial. In your previous post you mentioned that it "generates a daily faultmail" - may I ask you to attach a screenshot of this mail? I'll clarify the situation with my colleagues and get back to you.

Did you see the mail? I see that your work has already worked wonders. After today's license synchronisation the old demo license has disappeared. YEAAAH.

Sorry for moderating your last comment! It's better not to share this workaround on forum and other sources :) Having such instructions at free access may lead to situations where licensing issues are not reported to the support team or the workaround is applied in the environments where it can do harm. 

Marco, we've removed the expired Acronis Backup 12 entries from your account. Thank you for confirmation of the unwanted product card has gone from the dashboard.
