Thread solved

Hello.

There is a Linux log that occurred while using Acronis 12.5.

Acronis version: 12.5
Target OS for backup: Centos 7.6

Acronis 12.5 Management Server will show that the backup was successful.
However, in Acronis 11.5 there is a phrase similar to the log that occurs when a backup fails.

Please check if there are any problems with the log contents.

Thank you.

Hello Lemoning,

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

there is a phrase similar to the log that occurs when a backup fails

What is the phrase that puzzled you?

According to my analysis, there is an issue with launching service process (when starting a backup):

May 5 21:14:45 IoT-Monitor kernel: service_process: page allocation failure: order:4, mode:0x10c0d0

This could be due to insufficient RAM resources.

In order to analyze the cause of this issue, please collect Acronis System Report from that server and upload it on the FTP link that I've sent you in a Private Message.

Hello Lemoning.

According to the logs you uploaded, an error occurs while mounting a network folder for backup. If your customer want to investigate it, I recommend opening a case with Acronis Support Team and sharing these logs with engineers.
