Snapshot errors for equipment of the same specification
Hello.
Equipment A and Equipment B use the same specification and network.
And the storage of backup is another storage.
A device is normally backed up,
Device B is not backed up due to a snapshot error.
Of course, I solved the problem by turning off the snapshot related function.
But my client wants to know what's causing this problem.
They are devices of the same specification and on the same network, and I wonder what is causing the problem on only one side.
Can you tell me what causes the above problem in general?

Hello Lemoning.
Unfortunately, this log is not informative.
Please ask your customer to collect Acronis System Information from the Equipment B after reproducing this error. Then please upload it to the FTP link that I've sent you in a private message.
Otherwise, please inform your customer that the best option is to open a case with Acronis Support Team .

Hello Lemoning.
The logs from the Equipment B shows that the snapshot of the drbd0 device can't be created. What is this device with "None" filesystem?
This how it is detected by Acronis:
