unable to access the storage node directory to restore a machine

Thread solved

Hi friends,
On Acronis CyberBakcup 12.5, unable to access the storage node directory to restore a machine, just after authentication to the storage node, the Boot Media tool disconnects and reboot when I click on the backup directory to select an image to restore,
see the capture below.
Can someone help me please

Hello Karim!

Which build are you using for your storage node, server and bootable media? It's advised that they be the same, otherwise you could have weird behavior, for which your case might be an example.

Hello Peter, I will make sure the versions match and redo the test, then I will get back to you.
Thank you very much

Hello Karim,

Welcome to Acronis forums!

Yes, the most common reason for such behavior could be old bootable media. Please re-create it with the latest available build and see whether the issue persists.

Hello Maria,
I made sure that all the elements are of the same version (Management server, Agent and storage node) but I have the problem persists.
Note that the management server and the Storage node are installed on Windows Server.
Thank you for your precise help.

Hello Karim.

How about the bootable media? Have you created a new with the latest build and uploaded it onto PXE on USB/CD?

Hello Maria,
I was just going to write to you to tell you that the problem is solved after having created a new Boot Media by Media_Builder as you have just indicated.
Restores work fine with it.
I worked on this all day.
Thank you very much for your remarkable assistance.
Best regards
