Unable to add VMware ESXi
I am trying to add a VMware ESXi 6.7 machine to our existing Acronis Management server as part of a trial. I have installed the virtual license but cannot seem to add a device. When I try and deploy this as a virtual appliance it gets 85% of the way through the process, then throws up a 'Connect failed in tcp_connect' error. The connection is OK, and I can ping the host machine from the management server. It even manages to install a VM agent on the host before the error, but not configure it.
I have tried to manually configure the agent, but keep getting the event code: 0x02AA0001+0x02AA0003 whenever I try to add the credentials of the Acronis Management server. I can set up eth0 and the ESXi details without an issue.
Finally, I have tried to set up the agent from the Management server using the 'Register an already installed agent' function. In this case it accepts the settings for both the machine with the agent, and the login for the ESXi and can connect to both but will not allow me to register the agent. This time I get an internal server error (error code 100011) with an event code of 0x000005c+0x02470001+0x02260006.
I'm guessing that there's an issue with the communication between the two machines, but can't see what. I have pinged port 43234 on the agent but this is open.
Any ideas? I have attached a copy of the fault log to this
