Thread needs solution

Hello Team,

 

I have updated to the new versión and i have some problems. Now appear this error when we try to add a computer or created a new Plan backup.

Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 30667

I found this "KB 62781"  but the user default AMS user was no created during the installation. I have created manually but i have the same issue.

Any idea?

Hello Angel!

Did you specify an account for the AMS, or let it create a default one? What account are your acronis services are running under? If you specified an account which groups is it a member of?

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

When you install the update, the Acronis Management Server Service stays under the user it was launched in previous builds. When you install Acronis Management Server at the first time, the Acronis Service Manager Service suggests you to either create AMS User or to be run under the Local System.

We suggest that you carefully check the spelling of the User account names in credentials for Acronis Management Server Service: even "Administrator" instead of "administrator" could cause this error.

If this does not help, the KB article 62781 clearly states:

"If the Acronis Service Manager Service is initially started under another account (not Local System), or above suggested solutions did not resolve the issue, collect System information from the Acronis Management Server and contact Acronis Customer Central with reference to this article"
