Installing Kaseya RMM agent on a ACI server

Thread solved

We use Kaseya agents to monitor all our customers WS's and Servers. They have a Linux package. We tried to install it on our Primary Node, no luck, lots of missing packages Has anyone used a RMM tool to monitor their nodes? If so please share. We may try to manually install the missing Kaseya packages but not sure at this point

Hello Bill,

ACI software is based on CentOS 7 distro image.

You can monitor cluster objects via the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). You can access cluster information objects with SNMP tools, for example, Net-SNMP or Zabbix Please check the knowledge base article for additional information on how to create external monitor setup:

https://dl.acronis.com/u/software-defined/html/AcronisCyberInfrastructu…

Additionally we have in-build Prometheus server and Graphana dashboard for polling Acronis Backup Gateway storage metrics. If you prefer to store the metrics on external Prometheus server you can also do that using the article below:

If you have any additional specific questions with regards to monitoring setup of an ACI cluster, please feel free to submit support requests so we can assist you further.

Regards,
