Monitor Backups w/o API
Im curious how everyone is monitoring their cyber protect Backups.
We are awaiting the release of the Public API for over a year now with the hope we will be finally able to monitor the backups from our customers. Since we have a lot of machines in cyber protect cloud, one co-worker currently spends a lot of time reviewing all acronis tenants checking each backups.
Since we have a lot of tenants aswell with different e-mail adresses its not "easy" to filter mailboxes by events, also since we dont get rid of the fact what happens when an email is not sent for a specific tenant by another reason.
So we thought with API there would be a solution but it gets delayed and delayed over time.
Is there any other solution? I didnt find a single event like "backup successfull" on a target machine. Otherwise i would monitor eventviewer or a specific acronos log file on the machines to track the backup success state.
We really need a proper way to monitor the backup states correctly, since in current state when i try to do it via API with the given methods, all i get are really really big outputs with nested json results where i cannot properly monitor all machines backup state.
Regards,
Michael
