Acronis agent insttalion

Thread needs solution

installation of agent is sucessfull but the PC desnt get listed in the devices list of Acronis portal 

when i check for logs the component/service AcronisCyberProtectionservice is not getting installaed

i have compared this with the one where its sucessfully installed and found that the service was missing 

it doesnt not show in  c:\program data\acronis
c:programfiles \acronis  and the locaiton where the service.exe is missing in reqired folder path
in services.msc the serive is missing

system usesd are HP desktop and from 20 system 10 are working fine 

tried X64 setup file and web link file but no success

unistalled adn installed again multiple times no sucess

can anyone help  to know how to installed the missing component/service

thank you for your posting! One of the reasons might be an antivirus software blocking the installation of some components. Please try temporary disabling it, see
