Acronis Cyber console extremely slow

Thread needs solution

I would like to know if someone like us have issues with the Acronis cyber cloud console regarding slowness of the platform.

Since couple days ago changing one parameter or create a new plan is taking so long (5 to 15 minutes load) for each one.

Also registration of our agents in the cloud platform is taking so long (20 - 40 minutes)

We are based on the EU1 Strasbourg datacenter and I tried to do the same changes from few different network and devices and can confirrm that the issue coming from the datacenter.

This issue should be investigated by Acronis Support Team. Please open a case as instructed here.

You will be requested to collect HAR logs from the browser where you experience this issue and Acronis System Information from the machine with AMS.
