Acronis Cyber Protect 15. latest version build (28503), lost license and cannot synchronize from console cloud

Hi All,

now i already install Acronis Management Server latest version (28503) on-prem environment with schema and used all-in-one OVF on Vmware (agentless), my case now

1. license lost each agent vmware

2. license already inject to account.acronis.com but on sg-cloud.acronis.com (portal cloud) not available license found
