Acronis recover VMware VCSA stuck at 0% completion

Thread needs solution

I'm using agentless method for backup and recovery.

Backup location to a network folder, accessible by all VMs.

I deployed one Acronis virtual appliance to the vCenter cluster, everything works fine until I try to recover my VCSA, the completion status stuck at 0% for hours.

Also, I notice that the backup and recovery stop working when my VCSA is down.

Both ESXi and VCSA at version 7.0.3.

Please help.
