Acronis server operating system crash

I am writing to report a critical issue that has occurred at our customer site, specifically related to the Acronis server. Our client has experienced a server operating system crash, resulting in the loss of 200 client plan configuration, Audit reports and backup job logs.

We are currently in the process of recovering the OS Data using recovery software, which we expect will enable us to retrieve the lost data and restore the USB drive. However, we have a few important concerns and questions that we would appreciate your guidance on.

1.Data Recovery: a. Once we have successfully recovered the OS and OS partition, we plan to rebuild the Acronis server to its previous working state. If we install the new operating system on a fresh HDD and restore a few specific folders, would we be able to capture the logs and audit trail from the old, restored data? In other words, is there an option to migrate or view the audit trail from the old, restored data?

We understand the urgency and criticality of this situation for our valued customer, Baxter Pharmaceuticals India Private Limited. Therefore, we kindly request your prompt attention and assistance in addressing the above queries. Please provide us with any necessary steps or instructions to ensure a successful recovery of the data and the ability to retrieve logs and audit trails.

In this situation I don't think it's possible to get the audit trail as the device crashed and was freshly restored.
