Acronis unable to detect data inside the Tape

Thread needs solution

Hi Support team, 

 

My Tape Player IBM TS2900, and i using Tape Drive LTO7, and i am using Acronis 12.5,

Can you check why data not detect inside the Acronis?

I try contact via email, but no respond from your technical. Can you assits me in this forum?

In general our backup files use the .Tibx format.
