Hello,

 

I have the following Problem.

When backing up a VM Agentless in Hyper-v. The Backup starts and when it Reaches 100% It starts to Consume Ram till it by 95%. This Ram consume is under the Service mms.exe (Acronis Managed Machine Service). After a while, about four hours, the Backup is completed. Even if the Backup is Incremental.

I Tried to Update Acronis and Recreate the Backup Plan. The Problem persist.

In Restoring the VM through Acronis Management Console on another Hyper-V the same Problem appears when restoring reachs 100%. The Acronis Core Service Process Consumes all the Ram.

Acronis version on Both servers : Build: 15.0 Console-Version: 15.0.4506 Server-Version: 15.0.35979

Available Free Ram on both Hyper-V is 128GB

VM Size is 6TB
