"The backup agent was offline at a scheduled backup time" although activities all grees
And again another issue....
I updated last saturday (25th march) Acronis Cyber Protect - Advynced Backup V15 to the latest build.
I have on premis installation, so NO cloud.
Since then I get Warnings "The backup agent was offline at a scheduled backup time" although all activities are green.
I saw a KB entry:
So is this a known issue also in the on premise?
Each time I install an update for ACP I have problems for weeks.....very annoying...

Well
I linked the according KB article, that describes exactly the problem.
What I saw now:
This warning comes up, if the corresponding machine is shut down - even if no backup is scheduled:
All machines run the plans in the night from saturday to sunday.
And these backups went well.
But the machines were shutdown today - as normal at the end of the working day - and they generate the warnings.....
Hm is this really unknown ?

Hi Sven!
The KB shows the same error but it applies to Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and as far as I could see it was resolved 5 month ago.
Can happen this is being reproduced in your environment right now, but again I checked the records and there aren't mentions to new tickets with this issue for ACP15 or any other product, so this requires an investigation.
I see there is a ticket for the issue. I have updated it, you can expect a contact from our support as soon as possible.
