Bootable Media and Drivers
This issue has been going on since Version 15 came out. It has to do with the Bootable Media and Intel RST Drivers. The first issue..... there is a "Load Driver" on the main screen that very, very, very seldom works. Support is clueless. They couldn't even tell me what version of the storage drivers I needed to download. Does anyone have any enlightening insight as to how to get this "Load Driver" option to work?
Second.... I finally managed to make a Bootable Media that recognizes the hard drives when the computer's BIOS is set to "RST". Explicitly the Dell Optiplex 3000 but I can't seem to find a driver that I can inset via the Bootable Media Universal Restore that will let it boot. I have downloaded the F6 drivers from Dell and Universal Restore will not insert the drivers so the computer will boot. Any insight on this issue?
The Bootable Media is kind of useless without being able to insert storage drivers and support is not much help.

Hello Jim!
I suggest you use the bootable media builder to create a WINPE based bootable media and include the intel driver directly at creation. Bootable media bitness may also matter for the included driver to work, I'm not sure.
You mention RST. Do you have RAID disks?

@Peter for the record the big boys (Dell, HP, Lenovo) are shipping their computers using the RST option in the BIOS. No RAID, simple RST for the single disk and..... the downloadable media did not have these drivers and hence would not recognize the hard drive. So the only option was to build a WinPE did with the downloaded driver from Dell. It worked but when I tried to Universal Restore the same driver in to a Windows 11 computer it did not. No sign it added the driver. No indication it worked, It would just boot and crash. Very poor programming on Acronis's part.
@Daria you pretty much supported my comment about Acronis's lack of support. Rather then to answer the question you side stepped and wanted case numbers. This has been my problem with Acronis Support for years. They will do a lot of things but answer the question or address the problem is not one of them. FYI I have several customers and use their accounts for support. How about addressing the question?
