Hello Md Zaid!

Can you ping the backup destination from the DASVWPATCH computer? This looks like a connection and/or name resolution problem.

Hello @Péter Szatmári

No I Can't ping Backup destination from DASVWPATCH computer .

because the machine which I want to take backup is not in domain.

Hello Md Zaid!

Ping has nothing to do with it being in a domain. If you can't ping the backup destination ip from the agent computer, you have a network configuration problem.

If you can ping by ip but not by name you have a name resolution problem. One way to solve this would be to add an entry to the hosts file.
