CleanUp job does not start as planned ...

Thread needs solution

Fresh created cleanup job on build 27009 scheduled on 04:30pm starts once/twice as planned after creation, but then no further executions, no error messages. Tested different agents, same behavior. Target location is a NAS system. Manual started job runs without any problems.

Any tip or idea how to resolve this?

You can use this utility to see if it is really scheduled and/or scheduled twice: https://kb.acronis.com/SchedulerManager

I assume you mean it should be running daily at 04:30pm?

thanks for your tip but I don't get how this works - I started this tool as described with administrator rights on the target agent and tried the command "get list". I get a list of job IDs, but no match with my cleanup job...

Strange: If i change the planned time of the job, it will be startet as planned. Second time next day not ...

Hello Erik,

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

This issue should be investigated by Acronis Support Team.

Please create a new cleanup plan and note its exact execution time.

Then, please reproduce the issue: wait till the task is not executed.

Please collect Acronis System Information from the Management Server machine right after reproducing the issue.

Export this plan and provide it to Acronis Support engineers for analysis (+ Acronis System Information).
