Cyber Protect Agent causing Windows Freeze when start Docker

Thread solved

Hi,

I have Cyber Protect Agent and Windows Docker Container running above Windows Server 2019 Std.

The problem is when I try to run Docker it makes the Windows freezing and being unresponsive.

I try to uninstall the agent and run the Docker without agent installed , it is running well. There is no error log on Event Viewer.

Someone can help me how to solve it?

Hello Indra,

Welcome to Acronis forums!

We recommend contacting Acronis Support Team since this issue should be reproduced and tested.

Have you already consulted with Windows Support on this matter?

Probably solved now but for those who are still facing this issue try the following:

Create an Exclusion for the following path in "Folders", "Files and Folders" and "Processes"

C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\frontend\Docker Desktop.exe

This was the solution for me.
