CyberProtect Backup Advanced - Wifi on Bootable Media and Recovery Manager

Thread needs solution

Hello;

we use Cyber Protect Backup Advanced in our company.

I can't see Wifi adapters on Wifi Settings of Recovery Manager page.

I tried with ready-made bootable media (downloaded ISO)  and F11 Recovery Manager Page seperately. (Also i tried those ways on two different PC)

But Wifi Settings page does not contains my wifi adapters.

How can i solve this problem.?

Thanks in advance,

best regards.

Hello Olgun!

Welcome to the forum.

Please refer to the following page and apply the troubleshooting steps: https://kb.acronis.com/content/45330

If creating a WinPE bootable media adding the drivers doesn't solve the issue ( https://kb.acronis.com/content/59611 )  please follow the Solution number 3 and raise a ticket with our support providing the information requested on the KB.

Feel free to reply if you have any additional queries.

Best regards.

Thank you Mr Jose;

we prepared Windows-based Bootable Media(WinPE).

We added drivers of our Wifi Adapter in it.

But when we boot this WinPE bootable media , Wifi Settings page does not contain our wifi adapters. (In WINPE bootable media System32 folder contains driver that our added, you can see at picture below)

Also we tried installing driver of our wifi adapter externally.But we got "Driver was not loaded" error.

Also we try different wifi adapter by this way, but result is same.

How can we solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

That requires logs and an investigation.
