Enable/Disable Remote Desktop on advanced security plan

Thread needs solution

Hi 

I need some help with the following.

I have the cyber protect plan and as I can see when I try to access a work station remotely a pop up raised with the message "The remote desktop connection for xxx.xxxxxx.xxx is disabled. To enable it, click the Allow button."

When push the allow button remote access works but I can't identify how to disable it.

thank you for your posting! As far as I understand the service once enabled can be disabled via the general Remote Desktop settings

Hi Ekaterina,

As far I understand the enable Remote Desktop showed  on Acronis Gui refers to enable remote on the local machine of the user.

This action is not a chargeable action of the plan it is only for the local machine. Am I correct?
