An error with code '413' has occurred during the Elasticsearch bulk request

Thread needs solution

Hello, 

 

I'm using Acronis Cyber Protect 15 (Build 15.0.29486) . The system has 1 AMS , 2 ASNs ,  each on a different machine. I recently installed on another computer Acronis catalog service according to "Cataloging best practices" from Acronis documentation.All systems resides on Microsoft Windows Server ( different versions : from 2012 to 2022). In BackupStorage-> Catalog the computers appear one by one, which is very good. 

However, in activities , I got the error: Cataloging  Data : "An error with code '413' has occurred during the Elasticsearch bulk request" .
