How to migrate profile and licences to new email address?

Hi there,

We used to have a co-worker who got the Acronis licences registered to his email address, we made the change of email adreess to this email account.

I can login with the new account to this URL with no problems: https://account.acronis.com/#/products/

But when I try to log in to this URL: https://cloud.acronis.com/login I can see a message that says: "Select account
You have several registered accounts with different set of services. To proceed, select one account."

How can I get all the old profile "moved" to the new email account so this message dissapears?
