Howto deactivate the protection plan completly
I have serveral customer installation where I have not activate the Acronis Protection service.
I have still trouble with Acronis Agent - after deinstallation Acronis Agent server is going normal.
Unfortunatly program updates where blocked, servers are slowly
-> The solution even Deinstallation Acronis Agent is working.
The Build 29240 is at the customer installed.
We need Backup and urgently a solution for this trouble.
I have an issue 05480240.
Are there still other customers havinga lot of trouble with Acronis protection service?
Today I had good experience:
1. Service manually by GPO: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\ActiveProtection\active_protection_service.exe"
2. renamed the files active_protection_service.exe
Backup is working rightnow - I do not have long time experience.
After the change Windows Server is working normaly.
Einige Server zeigten erhebliche Performance Probleme:
langsamer Start, RDP Verbindung verzörgert aufgebaut, Start von Notepad dauert ca. 30s.
Nachdem Acronis deinstalliert wurde, war wieder alles einwandfrei.
Nach Neuinstallation Acronis Agent inkl. zurückgesetzten Logs und ohne zugewiesenem Plan war das System wieder langsam.
Nach der Massnahme Service deaktivieren "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\ActiveProtection\active_protection_service.exe" war das System auch ok.
Hat hier niemand Probleme mit Acronis Agenten die Windows Server lahm legen?
... obwohl KEIN Protection Plan hinterlegt ist...
