Not getting Backup Did Not Start notifications
Since upgrading to Acronis Cyber Protect 15, we no longer get email notifications for backups not started
Have confirmed the status is selected for email notifications
The alert shows up on the management console, but the email notification is not generated.
Have also noticed that once a backup is run the next day or so, the alert is automatically cleared from the management console. With version 12.5, the alert would remain on the console till we acknowledged and cleared it.
This is a critical notification to receive, especially when we have contractual obligations for daily backups and need to report on their status. Since the upgrade we are forced to manually check backup status every day to ensure they have run.

Interestingly, the alert does show up in the recap email.
To clarify, the email that I am referring to is the one that is sent as soon as the alert is generated. This allows us to get immediate notifications of any issues so we can investigate. We used to receive this before upgrading to v15 but no longer.
Our workaround is to do manual checks.
