Oracle vss writer crashes during backup of machine after upgrading from 12.5 to 15

Hi,

i have problem that windows service 'Oracle vss writer' is crashing just after making snapshot of oracle application during backup of whole windows server 2012R2 machine. In acronis version 12.5 so far everything worked withot any problems and today i upgraded acronis to version 15 on two different machines on i get the same problem on both systems (both are win2012r2). It seems like whole backup in being created succesfully but does anyone know why this service is crashing just after making snapshot of database?

I need to manually restart the service to be able to do another backup. I found the workaround to set the service to restart automatically after crash. Database is in archivelog mode, oracle version 12.2.0.1

I looks like version 15 of acronis is broken. Acronis please fix this! I downgraded agent back to version 12.5 and backup works fine again. Service oravssw.exe is not crashing.
