Problem with rescanning

I wanted to rescan old tapes and export one of the backup ( splitted over two tapes) but i can't .  Acronis changes names durring replication and I have to cancel at the end - maybe this is the reason. All other backups from this tapes i can restore but not this one.

I have no option to restore or export and when i use validate, I have error that offset in database is bad.

I have open ticket, but it takes over three weeks and there are no progress.  Are there other lower level tools wchich can I use to export backup  from tape?

Since you already have an open support case that is consulted by Experts Team, we recommend that you continue the investigation there and provide the Support Team with all the required log files.

As I can see in your case, Acronis support engineers asked you to rescan these tapes, please do not replicate anything there.

sorry - i made mistake in description

So i can't rescan. Anyway I continue with support.

 

After next two weeks still on first level support.

From few days try to send to ftp additional data ( system info - second time ) and can't because quota of FTP is over.

I have sent link with this file from googledrive but no progress.   Nw have new not working ftp link - it takes a week to send file.  Next week I will refer progress.

Is it normal over month on first  support level?
 

why gogoledrive link to file is bad if Your ftp don't work?

Sorry to know about these issues with the investigation. I have increased your FTP account quota. Please upload your fresh logs there.

Is it normal over month on first  support level?

The level depends on whether the issue requires experts, testers or developers' involvement.

Nevertheless, I have escalated your case, it is under managers' consideration.
