Hello Michael,

Welcome to Acronis forums!

Thank you for sharing the log details.

The error message shows that this device is already registered under a different tenant.

Remove the device from the old tenant and retry registration to the new tenant.

  1. On the Agent machine, open Command prompt: Start -> search -> type cmd.exe and press Enter.
  2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Acronis\RegisterAgentTool\:
    cd "C:\Program Files\Acronis\RegisterAgentTool"
  3. Issue the following command to unregister the device from current tenant:

    register_agent.exe -o unregister

  4. To register the device, issue the following command:
    register_agent.exe -o register -a <management server address>
where <management server address> is the IP address or hostname of the management server where the machine should be registered.

For more ways to register Agent on Management Server, see How to manually add a machine to management server.

Good Day,

Thank you for your response however i have tried to unregister it and re-register it but it still gives the same issue? would it help in changing the hostname and IP or is the software linked to your MAC address?
