Support for Apple Silicon Processors?

Thread needs solution

It looks like Acronis has abandoned support for Apple Silicon processors for on-premises deployment. The last build that I'm still using is 28503. I cannot migrate to the cloud version and I keep hoping that someday I can upgrade my 'current' macOS agent to a newer version.

Hello Jon.

Welcome to the forum!

ARM-based processors, such as Apple silicon M1 and M2, are not supported.

    https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberProtect…

For more details please refer also to the following KB: https://kb.acronis.com/content/63949

There is a feature request RM-1226. I have voted for you.

We don't have any ETA for the implementation so far.

Feel free to contact or update the thread if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

Good day, it's been almost 4 months, and I was wondering if there's been any progress on this? I would even be willing to beta test, if necessary.

    Thanks.

    Hello Jon.

As far as I can see there is no progress on this feature or an ETA about the possible implementation.

    Best regards.
