(trial) Emailing back-up reports to end-users

Thread needs solution

Hello,

 

We are trialling Acronis Cyber Protect (cloud).

 

How do we get the system to email each computer user, with their back-up report, after each back-up (success or fail)?

We can only see an option to email admins.

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

For these purposes, you can use email notifications option which could be set up for each protection (backup) plan.

Apparently this is only available for "on-premise" deployments, but we are using Acronis hosted :(

 

Are there any plans to bring this functionality into the cloud version? I am curious, why is it only available "on-premise"?

For cloud deployment you can register every account that should receive a notification as user in Organization unit and set Notifications/Reports as described here: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberProtect_15/#cloud-deployment.html
