Hello to everybody,

        I had a plan that was running into infine time. It was locked ad 83% since 2 weeks ago. I was able to ran the other plans but when I ran this locked plan again, it did nothing. So I tried to managed it running all the options; the "Revoke" option too. Now I have a plan that is revoked and I cannot unrevoke it to delete. I can only enable it but it always shows the 83% of activity....How can I delete it? Because I made another plan and this one runs OK.

Thanks in advance.

Michele

Hello Michele,

I'd try deleting the plan via the command-line utility

1) Run the following command in the command prompt on the affected machine to get the list of backup plans applied
acrocmd list plans --output=raw
2) You will get the backup plan ID from the above output;
3) Use the following command to delete the plan.
acrocmd delete plan --id=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

Hello Ekaterina,
         really many thanks for your reply. Your suggestions worked fine but there is something wrong into my system backup: the acrocmd command line deleted the plan and it isn't in the list if I run the acrocmd command line again. But it is shown again into "Cyber Protect Console" and only when I select a particular VM...I upladed the screenshots.

The strange thing is that this plan appeard only when I protect the "Server Office+AV" VM.

The server is a virtual machine into VMware host; the agent is installed into a Windows 2019 Server STD VM that is into the same host.

Thanks

Hello Michele.

But it is shown again into "Cyber Protect Console" and only when I select a particular VM...I upladed the screenshots.

Please check if the service_process.exe process is started on that machine.

It doesn't depends by any process. It depends by the fact that the version of Acronis Cyber Backup I have is the one without the plan managament. Your SW is in a "hybrid" state, I made the plans when the SW was in demo mode; now I have the plans that I cannot manage like in demo. I discover that there are the plans in base of the kind of backup I want run and in base of the machines I choice to backup. This version of Cyber Backup is worse than the older only for this reason.
