Updateissues 12.5(16386) to 15.0 (27009) and VERY POOR support.
After upgrading to 15.0 from 12.5 about 2/3 of the backup plans have not been migrated. The last 1/3 of plans won't work. Very nice update, what about a message during (better before) the update itselfd that plans can't be migrated!
(I wonder what people do with more than 20 plans ......)
New plans can't be created, error: "At least two drives must be specified in multistreaming options. "
I don't know and haven not found any information concerning this message. Or even get rid of the error to creat new plans.
Result: a sabotaged backup installation, since a week the only answer support gave to me showed they have not even read the error or understood the problem, the answer doesn't match my question and help is not in sight - they are just quiet. I really don't know why I have bought a licensed product with support when I don't get the support ....
What's wrong with you Acronis?

- plan can't shycronize to agent
- create and modify plan take time and loading
- many more
I have submitted a ticket but only got stupid answers
ACP 15 not stabil yet..............................
