Acronis Active Protection Service - Not starting

Thread needs solution

When I try to start the Acronis Active Protection Service it produces an error 1053: service did not respond to the start of control request in a timely fashion. All listed Acronis services are running automatic and auto delayed start using local system log on as or using .\ams user. 

Any recommended steps to take to get this last service to run?

Do you see this error after a reboot or each time when trying to start Acronis Active Protection service manually?

Error 1053 is a generic service failure code and could be caused by many different things. However, if you see this error while starting the Acronis service the most likely cause is that there are no IP addresses available for the service to listen on.

We recommend that you collect Acronis System Report from the machine where Acronis Active Protection Service fails to start and share it with Acronis Support Team in order to reveal the cause of this issue.
