Office365 Mailbox Status "Not Protected"

Thread needs solution

Hi

 

Just wondering if anyone has solution for when backing up user's mailboxes from Office365, they're not flagged as protected. Acronis has only provided that it is down to no license, but majority of our users are on E3/or has a valid mailbox license so this article didn't help much.

Is this only enabled if you use Group Backup? We're currently only enabling it for certain users

If you use Cloud deployment of Acronis Cyber Protect and run C2C backup, then Acronis Cloud Storage add-on is necessary for storing Office 365 backups.
