Acronis Agent setup not getting started.
Hi, this is my first post within this forum.
For one of our client we have configured Acronis Backup Cloud and need to install and configure 300 of their users data backup to Acronis Cloud. We have started downloading the Acronis Agent and installing and configuring. We have almost finished half way but during our course we have faced 2 issues.
1) In 2 machines, the Acronis Managed Machine Service and Acronis Agent Core Service are not getting started.
2) In 1 machine we have downloaded the Acronis Agent but when we try to run the installation, it just don't get started. We opened Task Manager and checked 3 instances of installer running.
Request you to provide some solution to the issue, I am uploading some snaps for your reference.
