Acronis Backup is stuck on Discovering resources from Google Workspace

Thread needs solution

I have recently acquired the Acronis license for Google Workspace Backup. I have followed all the instructions from the Knowledge Base and created the projects, and verified the account with Acronis. However, the discovering resources screen is stuck for 100+ hours. I have tried to delete and redo the whole thing repeatedly, yet it is not working. Can you share some advice?

Antony, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry but I do not recognise what Acronis product you are using here but it sounds as if it is one of Acronis Business products and not either True Image or its successor, Cyber Protect Home Office, as neither of those products have any capability regarding Google Workspace.

I would suggest contacting Acronis direct - see How to get support? 

Alternatively browse the main Acronis Forum page and look for a forum dedicated to the actual Acronis product you are using.

Hello Antony.

I changed the section for the topic as this is related with the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud.

I see there was a known issue in the datacenter causing this behavior but it was fixed this month.

You service provider also advised to close the ticket ( 05821199 ), they mention the issue is resolved.

Could you please confirm this information to me? Was everything resolved?
