Acronis Cloud Protect - File Sync and share issues with Azure accounts that are local admin

Thread needs solution

Hi There,

I'm currently using Acronis Cyber Protect with Sync and share and I'm having one way sync issues. It will only sync from the cloud to the Acronis folder on the laptop and not vice versa.

I've tried this as a local admin as it works with no issues. However, when a Azure user is also a local admin this suddenly stops.

Has anyone had this issue?

Hello Jay.

Thanks for participating.

The issues with sync can be related with lack of permissions/ports or maybe something.

Please check the following manuals:

https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberFiles_8…

https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberFiles_8…

You can try to update/re-install the agent also.

If the issue persists, please contact your service provider and ask them to raise a ticket with our support so we can investigate the situation.

Thanks.
