Acronis VPN Appliance - Hyper-V connection issue

Hi, I installed Acronis VPN appliance for DR, the connection status is OK I also have a ping from the appliance to the cloud gateway. however, LAN resources could not connect to the cloud gateway, do you have any ideas?
