Hi !
 

When creating a new client, I can no longer have the agentless backup for the Microsoft 365 Business application, the platform only presents me with Microsoft 365 and wants me to download an agent :(

I would like to find:

knowledgebase.cobweb.com / help / configure-agentless-backups-for-office-365-for-acronis-cyber-cloud

I tried to delete the client, create it in a different way with plsu or less option and the problem remains the same...

Does anyone have an idea?

it's all right :

Using this mode restricts few options and C2C backup is one of them. Thus you are not getting C2C agent option for above client:
dl.managed-protection com/u/baas/help/21.11/user/en-US/index.html#enhanced-security-mode.html

I am sure you next question would be if you can turn off or disable this Enhanced security mode:
Unfortunately this is not possible. The only option that I can think of is to re-create the client account.
