Cannot see devices and protection profiles in Acronis dashboard

Thread needs solution

 

Hi ..In my Acronis cyber protect  - All in one ( 15.0.30984) , I cannot see devices and protection profiles . 

 

But  under the dashboard we can see the alarms.  I have restared the Acrons server two days back and it appeared again.  

 

Today again I have restarted but it is not getting displayed.

The issue appears to be related to the following KB (it's complicated to determine without a complete description and context): https://kb.acronis.com/content/61853

I would suggest executing the connection tool on that machine. Intermittent issues can be caused by unstable connections: https://kb.acronis.com/content/47678

If the output shows errors, you must open the respective port/IP; otherwise, the issue may persist.
